Relationship: Date First, Asking Later.
Have you ever having relationship with someone but it just like happen, like you didn't even realize that you two together?
For certain people have.
It's like dating with someone without even asking "will you be my lover?", "will you be my g/bf?"
It just happen like that.
Start with texting, calling, going on a date sometimes, greeting with each other friends on real life and social media, come to each other home, meet with the parents, then realize. What are we? Are we dating? Or just friend? (see friendzone).
Before it's too late, before it come deeper. I suggest you to asking your "partner" what are we? Are we going exclusive or just casual? Before you diving deeper and falling to pieces just cause you realize that you and her/him just friend.
- If they said they don't want to rushing, that means you're in friendzone. Don't hoping much, it's gonna stay like that.
? But if they said they don't know, that means they want to know more about you. If you keep going there's a chance that you really officially dating.
! More importantly if they asking you back, that mean they wanting you to said, "yes, we're official."
+ if they said, "yes, we're official." or something like that. Means.... yes, you're officially together.
I know it's kind lame to asking. Or maybe you're too scared to ask because you afraid with the answer. You're afraid that you're gonna disappoint.
Then, you should asking their friend or family first before you really ask them. It might gonna calm you down and you might get some new information.
Asking someone to be your lover after being their friend for a long time is harder than asking someone to be your lover when you just know them. It need preparation of heart, mind and soul even body to get to know your status.
May the 4th be with you.
Own it, live it, love it.
Hug, love and kisses.
Sam.
